Sharing A Community Anchor...
We host between 350-400 events per year in our landmark building. Nonprofit usage of the building totals 88% with 47% Nineteenth Century events (like Monday Luncheons, Wednesday Wisdom, Mahjong, etc.) and other area nonprofits used the building 41% of the time.
In terms of the use of the Nineteenth Century Club, space usage discounts for nonprofits have ranged from 10% reduction of standard rates to 100% off standard rates. Determining the rate of discount includes a variety of factors including: purpose of the request, requested date/time, set up needs, A/V needs, catering needs, and mission alignment with NCCA.
