Our Landmark Building Is A Community Anchor...

There were more than 375 events at the our building in 2019. Nonprofit usage of the building totaled 88% with 47% as Nineteenth Century events like Monday Luncheons, Evenings at the Nineteenth, Mahjong, etc. and other nonprofits used the building 41% of the time.

In terms of the use of the Nineteenth Century Club, space usage discounts for nonprofits have ranged from 10% reduction of standard rates to 100% off standard rates. Determining the rate of discount includes a variety of factors including: purpose of the request, requested date/time, set up needs, A/V needs, catering needs, and mission alignment with NCCA.
