: Social Science:  A Brief History of the Reintroduction of Native Americans to Illinois

Ho-Chunk Ska Ga (Chief White Winnebago) will talk about how his family was relocated from the reservation and settled in the Illinois valley. He will also discuss his upbringing in the Ho-Chunk tribal ways and provide a brief history of the tribe, as well as naming and coming of age ceremonies.

A three-course lunch is served on Mondays at noon. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for check-in and socializing. Reservations required, CLICK HERE or call the office at 708-386-2729.
