One hundred poets from across Chicago wrote a communal poem about Chicago’s gun violence. Ranging in gender, race, ethnicity and poetic experience, Ed Hirsch, Haki Madhubuti, Ed Roberson, Marc Smith, Ana Castillo, and Kevin Coval worked with poets from the South and West sides. Poets from Chicago’s alternative high schools are also showcased. Author Chris Green and youth poets will give powerful reading throughout this insightful program. To register for this webinar, click HERE.
