Betsey Means from WomanLore brings Jane Addams (1860-1935) to life with a script adapted directly from Addams’ own writings. Addams, a crusader for social justice and a dedicated American, devoted her life to caring for the underprivileged and oppressed and to fighting for the rights of workers, women and children. Addams’ Hull House in Chicago become known as one of the most famous settlement houses in America. In 1931 she was co- winner of the Nobel Peace Prize. To register for this webinar, click HERE.
