Nineteenth Century Presidents will be honored.  Members are encouraged to bring guests to this wonderful event.   $20/person includes lunch, program and reception.

Songs of Love & Faith - Soprano Kim Jones, alum of the prestigious Ryan Center, Lyric Opera of Chicago, performs with the talented Romanian pianist, Luciano Laurentiu.  Jones captivates audiences with songs and arias spanning many eras of classical music.  This exceptional program includes music by Bach, Handel, Faure and Schubert, topped off with musical theater selections from Showboat, Porgy and Bess, West Side Story and more.

Her performances range from local to national and international.  Recent engagements include Carmina Burana with the Chicago Sinfonietta, Beethoven Mass in C with the DePaul Community Chorus.  She was showcased in Andrew Previn's masterpiece Honey and Rue at South Shore Opera.  Jones is on the voice faculty at Columbia College and Merit School of Music.  www.kimberlyjonessoprano.com.

Born in Romania, pianist Luciano Laurentiu was trained at the Ion Vido Music Academy.  Mr. Laurentiu's piano instruction continued at Wheaton College and The Eastman School of Music.  Having made his piano solo debut on WFMT in 2010 and his Orchestra Hall debut in 2015, Laurentiu is currently Music Director at St. Thomas The Apostle Church in Hyde Park, staff accompanist and vocal coach at DePaul University's School of Music and Chorus Master of the Paderewski Community Chorus.
