A Writer’s Journey: From Genealogical Roots to Award Winning Novel
After The Chicago Fire, protagonist Livia Haas experiences labor unrest and the Haymarket Riots. Her placement in history and personal turmoil from her first love, a deceased brother, and a sinister acquaintance who threatens her life are historically rooted in the novel LINES.
