Cathy Yen, OPRF Chamber of Commerce, will host the program featuring Village President Catherine Adduci (River Forest) and Mayor Anan Abu Taleb (Oak Park) as they share their takeaways from the North American Climate Summit. Other local residents will share insights from the UN climate talks in Bonn, Germany, the Chicago Community Climate Forum plus we'll hear updates on local initiatives.

Following the panel discussion, participants will be able to explore action opportunities featuring an array of resources to help inspire and connect individuals for the resilient year ahead. Focus topics include: recovering resources through recycling and composting; providing habitat for pollinators; reducing greenhouse gases through converting to renewable energy; and much more.
