Ongoing Tai Chi - Fall Session

All who have taken Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention are invited to Ongoing Tai Chi at the Nineteenth. These classes offer an opportunity to review and refine the movements you have already learned, and to deepen your current practice. Sessions cover tai chi principles and concepts, qi gong, review of individual movements, and practice of specific sets or sequences. No need to have a set memorized before joining. Follow along and strengthen your muscle memory through repetition. Emphasis is on safety, comfort, fun, and enhancing health with a community of tai chi friends. Classes are Tuesday & Fridays at 11:15.

Instructor: Pat Benjamin, Certified Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) Instructor

Five good reasons to continue your tai chi practice:
1. Health benefits of tai chi are accumulative. More practice, more benefit.
2. Build muscle memory through repetition.
3. Deepen your understanding of the tai chi movements and principles.
4. Find peace and calm through moving meditation.
5. Be part of a community of tai chi friends who practice together.
