Beginning on August 5, and on each of the following six Wednesdays (until September 9), you can join other beginners and learn to play Mahjong. Classes are open to all, so ask your friends, neighbors and family members to join you. The class is free for members and $50 for non members, for the six lessons, which last two hours each (5-7 pm). Players will learn the Hong Kong version, which differs from the American version and is the type of mahjong played by the Nineteenth’s Mavens.
