Beginning June 30th at 10am, certified instructor Ann Cothran teaches Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention at the Nineteenth Century. All 12 classes in the course begin at 10am (see full schedule below), each is 45-50 minutes in duration, and the fee for the course is $90.
