Mia P. Manansala, author of the Tita Rosie's Kitchen Mysteries, will discuss what makes a mystery a 'cozy,' how the cozy mystery subgenre is now evolving, the importance of representation in genre fiction, and why she tackles serious topics in a light, humorous way. Her cozy series explores aspects of the Filipino diaspora, queerness, and her millennial love for pop culture while resolving mysteries and murder.

This program is free for everyone.   A voluntary suggested donation of $15 at the door for non-members is appreciated.  To make a lunch reservation, which happens at 12pm before the program, click here
