The Science of Winemaking Program, presented by Prairie State Winery owner Rick Mamoser, will encompass the entire winemaking process from grape to bottle. An emphasis will be placed on juice and wine chemistry. Topics will include microbes, tannins, sulfites, and bottle closures. These programs are free for members. A $15 donation is requested for non-members. If you would like to become a member, click HERE. Our 3 course Lunch is served at noon before the program. Cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. The menu changes weekly, and is prepared by our Executive Chef Woody.
