This is Really War: The Incredible True Story of a Navy Nurse POW in the Occupied Philippines.

Author Emilie L. Lucchesi, PhD will share the exclusive and inspiring story of Dorothy Still, a 27-year-old California native stationed in the Philippines.  In December 1941, along with 11 other nurses, she was taken prisoner by the Japanese military.  For three years, she valiantly provided medical attention in a concentration camp.  A story of courage, love, and selflessness.
